Brand Marketing & Partnerships Specialist (Full-Time)

Wraith Esports is one of the leading brands in Turkey’s esports ecosystem, developing innovative gaming technologies and building a rapidly growing community of players and creators. With an expanding operational network across 22 countries, we are looking for a full-time Brand Marketing & Partnerships Specialist to support our marketing operations, partnership initiatives, and event-based brand activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
•⁠  ⁠Full-time availability for on-site work in our Hacettepe Teknokent office
•⁠  ⁠Strong interest in gaming, esports, and consumer tech equipment
•⁠  ⁠Experience working with marketing agencies, creative agencies, or event organizations is a strong plus
•⁠  ⁠Previous involvement in event planning, brand activations, campaigns, sponsorships, or influencer marketing is preferred
•⁠  ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with multiple teams
•⁠  ⁠Problem-solving oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
•⁠  ⁠Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset
•⁠  ⁠Strong research habits; ability to follow industry and digital trends closely
•⁠  ⁠Good command of English (written & verbal)
•⁠  ⁠Willing and able to travel to other cities for events, tournaments, partner activations, and brand-related operations

Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
•⁠  ⁠Support and coordinate brand marketing operations, campaigns, and partnership processes
•⁠  ⁠Work closely with content creators, influencers, and esports professionals
•⁠  ⁠Manage collaboration workflows with agencies and external partners
•⁠  ⁠Participate in event planning, brand activations and sponsorship activities
•⁠  ⁠Assist in executing marketing deliverables for tournaments, launches, and partner projects
•⁠  ⁠Track community feedback, prepare insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making
•⁠  ⁠Conduct ongoing research on gaming, esports, and technology trends
•⁠  ⁠Coordinate cross-team communication to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans
