Wraith facilitates distributorship activities for 20+ brands in Türkiye. Most of these brands are exclusively contracted with our company to ensure maximum performance. We handle the B2B and B2C sales of our partner brands as well as customer service, technical service, marketing&promotion, brand management. The core brand of Wraith also produces own products and handles the B2B and B2C sales throughout the world. At the moment resellers from 20+ countries work actively with Wraith in order to promote and sell Wraith products in their home country.

Requirements:

• Experience in key account management or similar roles
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management
• Powerful cross cooperation and teamworking skills
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategy

Responsibilities:

• Initiate the communication and business channels with distributionship brands.
• Handle the communication and business affairs with B2C clients of Wraith.
• Gather and analyze sales and marketing data actively and effectively.
• Use data insights to prepare reports to clients and management.
• Use data insights to communicate strategies with clients and brands.
• Work together with clients and relevant departments to ensure client growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience in account management or sales
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
